Exceptional Leadership
The Lead childminder is a qualified primary school teacher with many years of experience in Early years. She is a very loving and nurturing person who will be there for your little one in your absence. Someone who is very maternal that will ensure your child feels safe and secure as well as preparing your child for school with her teaching skills.
Exceptional facilities
With an amazing enclosed outdoor area offering countless open-ended opportunities for children to explore. Everything from different mark making opportunities to large construction, from a cosy corner to cooking in the mud kitchen, the outdoor area is fully equipped to keep your children engaged and happy for hours on end. There is also a digging and planting area where children are given the freedom to explore nature and watch their veggies grow.
The indoor play room is an asset to this setting. With a dedicated play and learning environment fully equipped with all the resources needed to learn and play. The provision areas in the playroom are very inviting and engaging.
The living room is cosy and comfortable giving it the home from home feeling where they can have some quiet time or a snuggle on the sofa. All childminding related facilities are on one floor including the toilet which is really practical and convenient for toilet training.
Exceptionally Flexible
We work around you and your child. Hours are set to individual family needs, early starts and late finishes are accommodated wherever possible as well as dietary needs. We have a very child centred approach to our curriculum and stay in constant contact with parents to ensure that we are informed of children’s changing interests and any changes in their day to day lives. We accommodate the diverse needs of the children and families we work with and ensure all children can access the learning.
